Materials of lean pipes The main materials of lean pipes include steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The first generation of lean pipe is mainly steel modified products, made by ordinary carbon steel and ceramic compounds mixed, with high strength, corrosion resistance and toughness, at the same time with wear resistance, high cost performance, strong decorative and green environmental protection characteristics.
The second generation lean pipe is made of stainless steel, with better corrosion resistance and strength . The third generation of lean pipe is made of aluminum alloy, the appearance is silver white, the surface after anodic oxidation treatment, with the characteristics of permanent anticorrosion and rust prevention . The structure of the lean tube usually consists of a plastic resin coating of the outer layer, a metal layer in the middle and a rust-proof layer of the inner layer. The outer plastic resin coating can be pe, abs or esd plastic layer with by special adhesive with a steel alloy pipe in the middle layer.
This structure makes the lean tube flexible and can be assembled into various structures through combined joints and special accessories, such as assembly lines, production lines, work tables, turnover vehicles and storage shelves
