The roller is made of high-quality thermoplastic, which has the advantages of low friction coefficient, impact resistance, long life, acid and alkali resistance and moisture resistance.
The load of the fluid bar can vary according to the size of the skeleton, when the weight of the cargo exceeds the rated load, many fluid bars can be installed in one channel. The installation inclination depends on the weight and depth of the fluent strip, usually 3-6 degrees (about 5%-9%). Usually, a support beam is installed every 600mm-800mm in the depth direction to enhance the rigidity of the fluent strip.
The smooth strips are made of high quality thermoplastic with minimal friction and excellent impact resistance, they are strong and not brittle, chemically it is resistant to acids and alkalis and does not absorb moisture.
The fluent strip works at temperatures as low as 40 degrees Celsius, the material racks are inclined downward toward the transport direction, the goods slide down under the action of gravity, it can realize first-in, first-out, and can realize one replenishment and multiple pickups.
