Lean pipe (also known as wire rod) is the outer layer of plastic layer in the middle of the metal layer inside the rust-proof layer of steel-plastic composite pipe, the current process is the plastic layer directly attached to the metal layer above.
Lean tube joint tooling is a tooling that is used to assist production by using lean tube as the frame structure material according to the needs of manufacturing and R&D departments.
At present, the main types of lean tube joint tooling produced are production lines, workbenches, turnaround carts and shelves, etc. The product types are diverse and widely used.
1、Starting from the horizontal end of the lean tube joints tooling, a stable structure can be established more quickly to facilitate the next step of lean tube joints tooling production.
Note: Make sure that the length, width and height of the lean pipe joints used in the first layer are the same, otherwise it will result in irregularly shaped work.
2. Use a marker to mark the position of the remaining layers on the high side of the lean pipe fitting frame structure, and then build them layer by layer.
Note: In order to save costs during the building process, materials left over from the previous production will be reused, but the length of these materials must not be shorter than the required length of 30mm and can only be used for the intermediate layers.
3. Install casters or plastic rubber sleeves at the bottom of the lean pipe joint workholding frame structure.
Note: When installing the casters, pay attention to tightening the screws in the casters. As the screws are gradually tightened, the rubber ring of the wheels will gradually expand and will eventually be tightened in the lean pipe joint. If the screws are not tightened, the trolley may tip over in the process of pushing, causing the turnover items to fall down and be damaged.
4、Rotate the entire lean tube joint workholding frame structure over to see if the whole structure is stable and the length and width are consistent, and make simple adjustments for any problems, and finally re-tighten the screws of the frame structure once to avoid forgetting to tighten certain screws.
5、Increase the materials such as table plate on the lean pipe joint tooling frame mechanism to make it meet the application use requirements.
6、After the product assembly is completed, the lean pipe joint tooling production site is organized and cleaned up to facilitate other work and keep the factory environment tidy.
