Lean tube products, also known as wire rods, can be comprehensively designed according to site conditions and customer requirements, with flexible disassembly and assembly without welding. After the lean tube has been used for a period of time, its guide rails and box bars have a certain wear and tear, so how to minimize its wear and tear? Let’s teach you some methods.
1. If the lean tube shakes obviously during work, adjust the box bar of the lean tube. The position of the box bar is generally under the workbench, together with the slider. The stroke of the lean tube should be changed frequently, do not use one place all the time, otherwise the guide rail of the lean tube will be worn out for a long time. If the workpiece with a large stroke is processed, errors will occur.
2. The box bar of the lean tube is located under the workbench. The box bar should be taken out and scrubbed frequently, and the oil inside is also cleaned, and the box bar should not be adjusted too tightly. This will increase the amount of wear, and the lean tube should be often lubricated with lubricating oil, especially the position of the guide rail, dovetail groove, and lead screw!
3. When the lean tube arrives at your unit, first use gasoline and other clean cotton cloth to scrub the metal guide surface and lead screw of the lean tube, and then apply the machine tool lubricant. Before using the lean tube every day, go to the lean tube first. Lubricating oil is injected into the handwheel of the tube to ensure the cleanliness of the machine tool guide rails as much as possible. Before leaving get off work, clean the iron pins on the lean tube workbench, and be sure to keep them clean!
