As the screws are tightened gradually, the rubber ring of the wheel will gradually expand and eventually fit tightly into the lean tube. If the screw is not tightened, the turnover car may fall over during the process of pushing the turnover car, causing the turnover of the goods to fall and be damaged.
4. Rotate the entire lean tube tooling frame structure to see if the entire structure is stable, whether the length and width are consistent, and simply adjust the problem. Finally, retighten the screws of the frame structure to avoid forgetting to tighten some screws.
5. Add materials such as platen to the lean tube tooling frame mechanism to make it meet the application requirements.
